Xperien trademarks Certified Refurbished Systems
Like many other industries, the computer industry has its own share of unethical businesses that will try to exploit uneducated buyers.
Xperien has warned against fly-by-night uncertified computer refurbishers that are taking advantage of unsuspecting customers. Xperien has introduced an industry standard called Certified Refurbished System (CRS) to ensure refurbished systems are ISO certified and audited. The trademark offers a stamp of assurance and a promise to deliver quality, value for money and integrity in every product sold.
The company has trademarked Certified Refurbished System (CRS) to ensure refurbished products are certified by a trusted and accredited refurbishing factory that offers adequate warranties and return policies.
Xperien managing director Alvin Peacock warns that with the increased demand, consumers must beware of uncertified refurbishers that are popping up everywhere. “We have introduced these standards and will gladly certify refurbishers who are interested in becoming compliant.”
“Consumers still need to discover the benefits of refurbished products, they need to understand what refurbished products really are, where they come from, where to buy them, and why Certified Refurbished Systems are the only choice,” he concludes.
CRS products have been through factory grade processes that are certified and audited by ISO 14001:2015 and ISO9001:2015. CRS also offers a 12 – 24-month warranty on electronics so that customers can buy with piece of mind knowing that they have purchased from an accredited reseller with aftersales service.
Buying a refurbished system will provide a far better price versus value specification when compared to buying a new one. However, when purchasing a pre-owned computer or laptop and if you want the best, purchase a Certified Refurbished System.
